Our rising culinary stars shine

Our catering students really shone when they faced competition from Southampton, Eastleigh, Fareham, Swindon and Basingstoke in an intercollege contest.

They competed in a series of categories including knife skills, fresh pasta, rice, street food and New Forest strawberries & pancakes.
