This course will consolidate basic structures used in various topics in Italian. You will develop an awareness of verbs, conjugation and grammatical structures to help converse in Italian on a variety of topics.
After completing this course, you should be able to understand basic dialogues on a variety of topics and converse in Italian with some help.
This course is for those with a basic knowledge of Italian (equivalent of at least 20 hours of classroom study).
This course is held for 2 hours per week, Wednesdays 6pm-8pm (term time only). You will be expected to attend all of your timetabled sessions on time, unless prior arrangement has been made and agreed with your tutor.
If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late for class they may be asked to leave. If a student is absent for three consecutive weeks without notice they will automatically be withdrawn from the course.
While you will not receive a formal qualification, this fun and informative course will help expand and practise your skills in Italian.
After completing this course, you could go on to study further Italian language courses.
